Just a reminder that the XXX center will observe Quiet Hours today from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

No treadmills, step mills, steppers, arc trainers, weights, or strength machines may be used during this time.  

Ellipticals and bikes may still be used.

Group exercise classes will still be held.
